Okay. This is the first time that I have ever even spoken to an attorney. I never thought that I would ever need one, because only bad people need them right? Wrong, I am a physics professor and have never even had a traffic ticket. But recently, I received a DUI. It was traumatic for a guy like me and I found myself lost in unfamiliar territory. I called Michael and initially spoke to Heidi, his assistant...very very understanding and informative. I signed up based upon Michael's qualifications that he advertises. Long story short, Michael was very sympathetic, treated me like I was a family member and communicated with me regularly. I was very comfortable with him, but I was not expecting anything very positive, I just wanted to make sure that my rights were being looked after. To my surprise, Michael negotiated a dismissal of the DUI and he got the D.A. to agree to let me plea no contest to a 'Dry' reckless driving!!! Awesome. Not Wet reckless as they originally offered, but a Dry reckless....big difference and it made all the difference in the world to me. He saved my job.
