The funding agency is a bold face SCAM.. they will steal your money and feed you full of false hopes and take your dreams and crush them, i written everyone from the whitehouse on down and hope to GOD something is done to them. david boyd and darren micheal is nothing but modern day pirates!! and after they get done screwing you they dont even have the balls to return calls let alone the money they stolen from you . public beware dont let them ruin your life like they have done mine, they need to be put out of business, and publically scorned......
