Purchased an "Express" screen, "Basic" option for $19.95. Turns out that without extensive underwriting (delay) or an upgrade (additional fee), all I received was an address history. This can be obtained for free through Google. Criminal, eviction, credit history and score all require additional steps and/or payment. Definitely not an express screen!
Customer Service was very unprofessional--sounded like I was calling a basement or a dungeon, bad call connection, they refused to refund my money. I don't think an address is worth $20 when a full credit report can be obtained for $15. Robbie, one of the owners or proprietors, told me they also owned collection companies. Go figure.
Ended up using Experian's screening service. Easier, cheaper, and reputable. With all of the options out there there is no reason to use TenantAlert.com
