Tellus leads is being unresponsive, we do not know where to turn anymore. Each month we encounter the same issue, NO INVOICE, over charging not to mention NO CREDIT for non-valid leads, we reach out to them and ask for an invoice and breakdown and we must
chase them for weeks until we receive a response and correction. They are quick to charge the card and take funds but are never available to talk on the phone and explain why there is no invoice ahead of charging or credit which is due. This past week we did
not receive any leads, we contacted them daily with no response via email or by phone, all we get is voicemail. Their service is lacking in all ways. We tried calling all numbers, UK, GERMANY, Netherlands and USA and still only a recording, the USA number
listed on their site is not in service and teh other California number is a voicemail box. We need help in understanding how a company like this gets away with overcharging clients who cleraly pay a high price for BAD SERVICE. Please help us get some sort
of response from them. Thank you, M
