It is unfortunate that you have had three incorrect charges show up on your billing statement. The only way that our company would have gotten a hold of your credit card details is if you have provided them to us when registering for our service.
Tellus Leads is not a call center; therefore, every one of our numbers directs to someone who would have been able to address your problem. We have tried to reach you to address these charges at the call back number you provided numerous times with no luck.
Please get in contact with us at 323-463-8030 so that we may be able to help determine the origin of your incorrect charges, I highly suspect that they were not made on behalf of Tellus Leads Inc.
