We worked with a few people from Tavas but mostly with Kevin. Not only was he able to provide us with some solid ideas but he also worked with us to implement them. This was a much different experience than the last time we brought in help. He worked with us every step of the way and was able to answer our questions and concerns in real time. I believe having him onsite was the real game changer for us. We will probably end up bringing him back at some point in the future to help us with our expansion plans. The last time we had an outside consultant he just dumped a bunch of reporting on us and left his invoice. I am glad we finally found a company that is willing to go above and beyond and one that takes a real interest in our success.
