Honest and upfront

John has done an excellent job working with our team over the last few weeks. Tavas gave us an honest and upfront examination of our company and its processes. Its never fun to come face to face with your weaknesses but in the end it was the best thing to happen to our company in a long time. Sometimes you need someone on the outside to give you an honest opinion on things. Their patience and honesty were the sole reason we decided to sign on for a longer engagement. I feel the money we spent was invested well in our future and we have no regrets.
