I was called several times. I answered and requested I be removed. I received a call the next day and when I explained she hung up on me NO sorry, no have a good day, no well we'll fix it. I called back to complain and the owner never acknowledged the rude behavior and in fact supported it. REfused to hear me and said Have a good day. He said he didn't owe me an apology. What he never said was He understood that people are put off by that behavior and that I would be telling others about it. He didnt care. His brand is NOT important to him , MONEY IS, apparently. Had I needed his help in the future, he killed all possibilities of that and got himself reviewed. I will make sure I speak loudly of their company.
