Over and Above Customer Service

I was under immense stress when moving. Cat ran away, I dropped and broke a few dishes, and I even forgot the address of the new house. However, the movers even went out and looked for my wife and my cat Polky even though everything was already packed.
And they even found her, hidden under the porch! They helped clear the broken shards of dishes, and did a great job following my lead into the destination. I was very impressed!
