I had a very bad experience with this agent
I have purchased British airways tickets from INDIA TO San Francisco through this agent
Later I cancelled the ticket due to personal reasons.The travel agent failed to give me my refund amount.
I even called british airways and they have refunded the money to the agent but she did not gave me the refund amount of
$570 approx.I waited for 6months and finally I am obliged to give this complaint.
