Storybook Video services have been unacceptable and unprofessional.
I hired Storybook Photography to video my wedding and it has been a total nightmare. It took over 6 months to receive my video. The quality of the video was unprofessional. The editing was embarrassing. There was footage of the floor, people's back and other inappropriate angles. I've tried contacting Vince to rectify the situation and he NEVER returns or answers my calls. He is now refusing to make good on my requested corrections, providing me excuse after excuse. It has been over 8 months since my wedding and I am still haven't been able to reach him. This company is very unprofessional and the quality of the video is appalling.
