Feels a bit like a scam, from the no risk 4 week trial period, which if you decide you like it, they charge you for that 4 weeks...to the not so free scale, to the free shipping if you spend over $50...which it turns out, if you read the fine print (confusing to figure out), not much on their site qualifies, including the stamps I ordered!!!! How crazy is that...stamps at stamps.com don't qualify. Actually, I tried putting a bunch of different items in the cart and couldn't find much that qualifies. I also felt that the site was difficult to figure out.On the good side, the gentleman I spoke with when I called for help, was very patient and kind. I would give him 5 stars and Stamps.com one.
