GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
I recently had the need to contact Stamps.com customer service because we are getting a new computer station and we were going to need to download the program again. My challenge was that I have only been here a year and the prior secretary clicked the block to remember my password and then left without leaving that information nor the answers to the questions set up. Since my employer did not set up the account he had no clue as to the password. Customer service asked me a few security questions and then were very willing to assist me with a supervisor call me to give me bypass questions that I could set up and be in the position to change the password. The supervisor was to call me within 24 hours and she called me back in less than an hour. In between I was able to contact a party that had the answers to the questions set up and was able to change my password without having to use the bypass procedure. Lastly, the young lady that assisted me had the most pleasant voice I have received from a customer service staff in a long time, PLUS she spoke very clearly and was extremely knowledgeable of her job and did not have to immediately put me on hold to take care of me. The experience was just as pleasant with the supervisor. I hope I have another challenge that I need to call them again, but Stamps.com is so user friendly I doubt that will happen often.
