The worst experience i have ever had with ANY company

In short: I paid the quote i was given for a job that was supposed to have been done within 1 month. 7 months later, the job is not done......The LLC they registered for me is suspended since they did not file Publication Certificate on time...the Tax
Id delivery for the LLC was late as well...caused delays with bank account opening.....and after 7 months of "working" on my Partnership agreement...i am presented with an empty template that has nothing to do with my original submitted job description and
quoted an additional $800 to make corrections to this "template" When i tried to address the issue with the main attorney: Lawrence Spiegel, the man explained to me in a very calm voice....that they DID THE JOB i paid for (Even though its not at all, what
i requested and submitted to them in writing prior to paying the quote) and that they will not under any circumstances finish the job i paid for unless i pay them more money.....no refund will be issued either, no matter what i do. Here is a little tip to
all the busy business people: STEER CLEAR OF SPIEGEL AND UTRERA / AMERILAWYER
