I do not recommend that you rent from Spellacy Prop. Management Co. The customer service leaves much to be desired. In order to get maintenance to come and fix something at my house,for example; burst pipe, termites(which was discovered by terminix), broken
shower door which I might add was never fixed; I would have to threaten to have the repairs done myself and take it out of the rent money. Which by the way was paid on time always! The pipe underneath my kitchen sink leaked for about 2 weeks, when I called
for the 3rd time to report it I asked, "are you going to fix the pipe or are you just going to wait until I move?" I was asked by Olga, "if we fix the pipe will you stay in the house?" I replied "no." The sink was left to leak for another week until my mother
called. So now the wood cabinet under the sink completely wet and starting to stink! When I moved, which by the way they were given a 30 day notice as to what my moving date would be; I thought they would set an appointment to do a walk through, however they
failed to do that and contacted my mother 5 days afterwards and threatened to charge me another month if I did not do walk through. When my mother returned the call, she was told that the person who called and threatened was out of the office because she had
to go to her child's' school so she would not be able to meet us for a walk through after leaving the threat! Dealing with Spellacy was a horrible nightmare...do not rent from them.
