We have four units in San Bernardino. For many years we managed this property by ourselves, but it became difficult for us to do. We were fortunate to find Spellacy Property Management company to take care of those responsibilities for us. They have managed our properties very well. They have taken over all of the problems that have come up. We appreciate all they have done for us, and would recommend their services to anyone who owns property.
