I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the work Spellacy Property Management has done for me throughout the years of affiliation with their company. Their expertise in all aspects of management and sales has enabled my fellow investors and myself to maximize our investment dollars. We have recently turned over an eight-unit complex, which had serious management problems from poor maintenance and late payments to code enforcement violations. They were able to identify the problems, take action, and rectify many of the difficult situations that existed. We are very pleased that the maintenance issues have been eliminated, rents increased and code enforcement violations corrected. I would highly recommend Spellacy Property Management for any management needs.
