Smoking-Everywhere.com, i love their non working products so much, their products don't work! it is not enough to get owners manuals that have shaky english at best, the things totally DO NOT work. i was so exited to finally find an e cig that didn't cost a king's ransom to own, so i tried smoking-everywhere.com. i got my order really fast, and was exited. i am a manual nut(almost memorize manuals to make sure i don't break my new "toys") so i read it cover to cover, and familiarized myself with the system. i plugged it in for 8 hours(as stated in the manual), unplugged it, loaded it up, and guess what happened? NOTHING!! i am not at all satisfied with anything about this, i am going to get a refund and buy one that is at least 30 dollars more to get the technology that actually works... in short, this company is a total failure NO NO NO NO NO. shame on smoking-everywhere.com buy something expensive if you want it to work...
