Sharzad Travel Agency is a scam. I am not sure how they are in business. I purchased a $3600.00 business ticket from them which I could not use. The airline did not allow the passenger to board due to their mistakeand had to returned from the airport. When I called to get an explanation, she started using profanity, calling me stupid for not having been able to get on the plane. When I asked for a reimbursement, she hanged up on me and again and again. She is a disgrace to the community.
