Hello. We apologize if there was some miscommunication regarding the 30 day trial. You have a full 30 days to try SENSA before you buy it and if you cancel, you are required to send back what you received. We do not pay for shipping back to our warehouse. You are only charged for the product if you do not cancel. If you feel you were charged incorrectly, please call 866-514-2554 M-Sat 7am-4pm. Thank you!
