Hello. We may have been experiencing a high volume of calls which resulted in a delay in assisting you. Once you cancel, you have 30 days to send back your trial. If our warehouse does not receive back the package, then you are charged for what you received. Please try calling customer service back in regards to your USPS return slip and we will be happy to refund you.
