Signed up with HomeSaversUSA/Security Mortgage Lenders for "promised Loan Modification" and paid $2950.00. They are crooks,and scam people. Lisa and Eddie promised a refund if loan modification doesn't work. It was denied by my Mortgage company due to the 31% ratio to income which HomeSavers knew the first day at looking at my finances but still "proceeded to file forms" anyway. Just a waste of time and for months now, they won't return phone calls, calls are screened, and won't refund my money. I have left untold number of messages, emails,and faxes asking/demanding the refund they promised. No replies!! No wonder the State of California passed laws forbidding companies to charge "up-front fees." They are a scam company. DO NOT, DO NOT do business with them, I am preparing law suite now and filed complaint with the Cal. Brd of Real estate.
