Some time ago I bought tires here and I was closed with this great line of, "I wouldn't let my wife drive in those tires". I bought a warranty where I can coem back and get them rotated and repaired whenever I wanted for free. When I came back to do so they told me there was a charge. ALthough this place is convenient for me to get to I don't like that the quality of service depends on the sales rep I encounter for the day v. the store standing behind what they sell and alleged "warranty".
