I just called the company today and a lady answered. I'm probably speaking slow and she is speaking very fast asking me if I want to pay or order pictures. I was telling her my son brought home pictures and I didn't know what..then she cuts me off and said she will transfer me. Put me on hold for a long, long time. Could not hold that long since I'm calling from work. So, this people are doing business with schools but they don't have time to listen to parents calling to ask questions. This picture I'm guessing is for my son's yearbook. This is such an important picture that maybe the parents should just hire their own photographer and submit the pictures to school. They have a real bad customer service. If you are passive, they won't bother entertaining you.
