I wish I could give -* Rating.
NOT MAD I WAS DENIED MAD ABOUT THE SERVICE!!! CHECK FOR YOUR SELF!!!
My family and I trusted in San Alano Properties to assist us with the rent-to-own program they advertise on the website www.Apply321.com After no one returned our request of interest for the property we took it upon our selves to contact the company. They never had any information right when we called and never gave us a clear answer only that our applications and check stubs looked good and after the property manager checks the home we will be contacted. I gave up and after 2 weeks I receive an email with no clear reason on status "we will not be able to offer you residence at the property located at 12394 Cape Court in Moreno Valley" I emailed back asking for a reason and received a very rude, unprofessional, cursing, derogatory reply from SENIOR Director JACOB.
COPY OF EMAIL: We have already denied you! You don't make enough income - low income is not a social status; you have to prove you can make payments, you don't understand that? Maybe you're in the low intelligence group? You provided NO proof of income, rather, you offered to do work on the house in lieu of income, which indicates to me that you have no money and will most probably default on your rental obligation.
We DO NOT accept "will work for rent".
WE own the homes; WE pay for them. Your racial implications are dog-shit! YOU do not qualify, get it? Its obvious to me that we avoided a crappy tenant so I am glad you sent this nonsensical rambling so I can spread the word to other landlords about YOU. We are NOT licensed and don't need to be. Guess what? If you pay for something you then actually own and control it, and that means we get to deny crappy applicants.
Oh in case you didn't get it this time - YOU, AND THE EDDINGTON FAMILY, IN THE ENTIRETY ARE DENIED.
I was shocked and appalled and so was my family.
Please do something about this company and the way they assist the public.
Jacob also admitted to not being licensed in his email. I have all saved emails from this company.
San Alano is not licensed to sell real estate but pretend to be a property management company.
