I wanted to operate an on-line business and after researching several options found the Salehoo service. At the time they were about to launch their Stores product that offered to provide a store front application bundled with their usual directory services.
I was looking for a package like this because it would save me time that I could use to run the business idea I had. The e-commerce world is rapidly evolving and I knew it would overwhelm me on my own.
I subscribed to the service and started by following the Salehoo recommended steps took my time to watch their easily understood videos and then started to set the store. It went well and I was able to get things going right away. I used the Salehoo directory service to find sources for my products and found the ratings accurate and reliable.
When I did run into questions I sent an email to Salehoo support and even called them on the 800 line because I thought I found something that was going to turn my initial expectations around. The support is great. Each time I contacted them either by email or telephone, they listened to my question, assured me they would respond asap and then did just that. I have not yet stumped them and my appreciation of the whole package they offer the on-line retailer continues to grow. I would recommend them for the professional product line they offer and way they interact with their customers.
Following the last response to my question I told them they were fantastic and loved the way they helped me get past the bumps. They provide a great service but more than that I feel they genuinely want me to succeed.
