- It took this site (saigoncd.com) more than 3 weeks to ship my order.
- The package reached me as an empty torn envelope because they packed all 5 CDs in a thin envelope which is specially designed for documentation, not for hardcase CDs.
- Worse, they shipped only 5 out of 6 CDs from my order and have never mentioned a backorder for the 6th CD.
- I have placed numerous phone messages and emails questioning about this order since 07/Sep/10 but they have NEVER replied.
Unfortunately, I did not check their website before placing my order. Learn from the other customers' mistakes ( http://www.resellerratings.com/store/SaigonCD ) and do not order anything from saigoncd.com.
