As a first time home buyer I was a little weary going into the process. This company made me feel at ease and seemed to be very on point with things. We provided them with every last bit of info needed to make sure we knew what we were working with before deciding on a house. Time and time again we were assured of the numbers all the while preparing for low finance rates, low payments and low closing cost numbers. A week before closing we received a good faith estimate from the bank which was no where close to what Sage Credit Co. was telling us. We spoke with our broker and he re-assured us that the numbers had not changed, this estimte was way over priced and re-confirmed the numbers with us. Two days later our broker came forward and let us know that the good faith estimate was indeed correct, and that it actually might be higher. We were very dissapointed because for months we had been planning for something completely different. The was no consistency, no professionalism and no honesty. I was very dissapointed with my experience with Sage Credit Company, and would not recommend this company at all. I will Never use this company again.
