This company has been extremely difficult to work with from a tenant standpoint over the last year since moving in. Initially there were issues about moving in on time even though a lease had been signed--that was a hassle that required intervention by BBB to rectify. Multiple problems with getting in touch with maintenance to fix problems (like a leaking roof!), Internet issues, cashing of rent checks and auto-payment mix-ups (overcharges!) have made it quite miserable MOSTLY due to lack of timely response from STUHO. Problems have clearly been made worse because of the need to call, email, make a visit to the office because no one calls back. The impact on the lives of the tenants has been quite large and very negative. I want to warn all potential tenants to investigate this company and talk to former tenants before entering into an agreement with them. They might have a nice website and seem responsive but in practice and actually experiencing their service, I must conclude that they are one of the worst that I've had to deal with and I've been a landlord many times over to know the kind of service that is expected and that should be provided.
