Deceptive charging!

They sent me their accounting statements of charges, in Sept it CLEARLY shows 2 transactions. I contacted Snarky Walter and he said he would have his accounting department contact me. That was over a week ago.
They also claim to be sending 10ml bi-monthly. If it is 8ml I'd be shocked!
BEWARE!
NOW THEY HAVE LABCorp trying to Bill me $415.00 for lab work that was ALLEGEDLY INCLUDED!

We appreciate your feedback Trace. We reviewed the charges in Sept to see that the 2 transactions were both "declined" and never in fact charged to your card. Our program is $195 per month all-inclusive. We only use FDA approved pharmacies that are monitored by the DEA closely. Strict measuring of medication is completed at the pharmacies to ensure all orders are accurate. In regards to you receiving your LabCorp bill, Walter stated to you that this was a system error and apologized. The LabCorp bill was reversed back to us and we did take care of it for you. Thank you.
