For a company that charges hundreds (sometimes thousands!) of dollars the customer service is seriously lacking. I wrote a very polite e-mail regarding their authentication practices as well as a request for props from my favorite movie and received a pretty nasty (unsigned) e-mail refusing to answer my questions because I had neglected to sign my name to my e-mail(!). I responded to that e-mail with an apology, my name, and my telephone number, and a request that they give me their name as well and 2 days later they still have not bothered to respond. Who wants to do business with a 'sales team' that has an attitude? No big surprise that a quick search revealed that the store was closed and it's an on-line business now.
