Very unprofessional, dishonest, rude, disrespectful, and discourteous.
Management is horrible, they will lie to your face, and will change policy in mid-sentence. They will claim that customer service is first, and then turn around and disrespect the customer at the same time.
They have been saying that the Orange lounge is going to be available next month for almost 2 years.
They change prices depending on who you are and whether you say the right things.
Steve Besemer will lie to you almost every time you speak with him.
The web site often posts incorrect information regarding availablility of the "club", and prices of the "events".
They should get 0 out of 5 stars, but the rating section wouldn't let me choose 0.
