What a great service company! In my panic, I called RTS Technology, the first company I found in the phone book. A technician answer the phone and listen to my distressed situation, he asked me a few questions and told me what needed to be done to fix the problem and what it would cost. 15 minutes later I received a call back from the service tech in the area and was told he would be there within the hour. Sure enough, a knock on the door 45 minutes later.
I have a small company that is very customer service orientated, and without our computers were dead in the water. RTS Technology Group is great! We barely missed a beat that day. I will always be grateful for there friendly and knowledgeable staff helping us in a flash.
