We appreciate the input which did inspire us to improve our products and customer experience. Let's address these issues: (1) Our Microbiology covers the basic microbiology and medical microbiology broadly based on the mainstream texts. It still might not match a given curriculum 100%. We are now working on a more advanced course in Clinical Microbiology for higher level students (to be released); (2)Since then, this course has been upgraded to our Phase 3 with better visualization and refined content. We will continue to improve this course in the weeks and months to come;(3) The refund policy has been relaxed to 7/30 (7-day full refund and 30-day full store credit). We do listen to our users and encourage them to contact us for any issue, giving us the opportunity to resolve it first; (4) As to the pricing, we do offer discounts periodically and combo packages at a reduced price.
