I have both learning experience and customer service experience with rapid learning, all positive. The tutorials are developed by real professors and educators. The narrators of the courses seem to know the subjects well; also they are all native speakers. Those scientific vocabularies are difficult to pronounce for newbies. For me, it is not only the subject I studied but also the technical language I learned from those pros. The company also has real people behind the business. I called their toll free phone and got helps from both their friendly support staff and knowledgeable academic advisor, from course selection, subscription and content support. With Rapid Learning, I know I am in good hands. It is the visual learning I enjoy, as I am not a bookworm. Learning is a lot easier for me when it is presented visually and I have someone walk me through the concepts.
