This company is clearly misrepresented and engages in fraudulent business practices. I hired them (Howard Randol Jr.) to repair a leak in my roof in July 2009. The work was substandard and ultimately resulted in a more substantial leak. Mr. Randall guaranteed his work by providing me written contract with a 2 year warranty. I contacted Mr. Randol in February 2010 to advise him, post repair, the leak became worse. It took multiple attempts before he called me back. He stated he would come out to my home and fix the problem. He never did! I began to investigate Randol Roofing only to discover the company is not licensed. This company is not reputable. I learned a valuable and costly lesson. In the future I will fully investigate a company's reputation and work ethic before I hire them.
