RKC Builders screws up houses
|

Foundation and framing project cost me and my family over $100,000.
They do not follow plans. They do not hire proper license deputy inspectors.
They do not do corrections even when City Inspections issue them.
They waste time with having to deal with them as if they are going to fix work and they make situation worse by asking for more and more money. They cannot document their invoices. They get into long winded email exchanges acting like they will fix work once plan check confirms revision and then try and use time against the home owner.
