Hey, Fellow Victims
The main sales pitch was "we've got an A++ rating with the BBB. I was scammed by this company because I trusted the BBB. I feel The BBB has an obligation to all that have been ripped off by Quest Financial Services. Had the BBB not giving an "+A" credit rating I, as well as others would have not fallen for this scam by avoiding doing business with this company. This in my opinion reflects the usefulness of the BBB. NONE!!!! Over 130 people that needed help lost more than $300,000.00 that's an average of $2,500 each that were already financially hurting. The BBB made some of this dirty money by accepting Quest as a client. They gave this "A" rating to a company that was illegally doing business. Charging an upfront fees for load mods. THE BBB needs to do there JOB research business's in order to Protect Consumers.(The BBB needs to provide help to victims to get justice.) Maybe it will save their reputation) What do you think?
