Saved my home, and saved me $1,000/mo to boot

I have read all of the Trustlink Reviews about Quest Financial Solutions and its founder, Ed Haley. I cannot comment on the experiences of the other posters, I can speak only for myself.
Ed ("Van") Haley saved my home. For more than a year he worked on my modification with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, but refused to accept a penny until I was approved for a mod and accepted it. I had lost my job in Oct. 2010, and he used that as an opportunity to negotiate a forbearance with the lender on my behalf. For 10 months I did not have to pay my mortgage. Wells Fargo suspended foreclosure to give me time to find another job, which I eventually did.
I could not be happier with the deal Mr. Haley cut for me. He was able to get my interest rate reduced, and one-third of my total amount due PLUS the arrears forgiven, both with NO tax consequences. As a result, I'm paying $1,000/mo less toward the principal, interest and taxes, and I have an outrageous amount of equity in my home, in which I was upside down at the beginning of this journey. That also puts me in an excellent position to refi for an even lower interest rate after my financial situation stabilizes.
Mr. Haley behaved in the most professional manner; he was responsive, compassionate and engaged throughout the entire process. My only regret is that five stars is the highest rating possible. I would have liked to have given him more.
