Quest Career Marketing/Job Search in Newport Beach did not deliver upon it's promises or contract. I was sold on networking contacts, solid job leads and a professional marketing plan. What I was given was a new resume and job interview training. I was basically taught to cold call potential businesses for a job. I gave a detailed refund request clearly stating what I did and did not receive per my contract. The response I received from Dana Gaul, President of Quest was condescending and sarcastic. He accused me of being a victim and did not once provide proof that I received the items I was disputing. All he did was continually remind me of the items I agreed that I had received. Out of the 30 promised services on Quest's contract, I received 13. The job leads I received were either 50+ miles from my home, did not have a current job opening or were jobs I was not qualified for. Do not make the same mistake I did.
