This is the same Qualitex as the one in Canoga Park that has "F" rating. I have been trying to get them to fix a window they put in upside down which allows water to come into my home when it rains. I like the windows they installed correctly I just want them to fix the one they messed up on. I can not reach them by phone, it is disconnected, I cannot get through to Jared Green by email, it is not deliverable and they have not responded to my letter. Beyond fixing what they messed up I would never have them do any work for me again. They get one star because I like my windows that were installed correctly!
