Go the other way consumers. This is not a consumer friendly business. I purchased a chemical facial peel package from Pure Med Spa, Galleria at South Bay,CA. Advance payment in full was required. After paying $600, I was not given anything in writing to list or show proof of the purchased package. I was told the list must stay in a folder. I left the spa feeling cheated. I had no proof of services agreement but they had the money. A friend advised I visit the BBB web site and there I saw the F rating for the spa. I returned to the spa the next day with the BBB report and requested a refund. The manager, Linda, stated only the CEO can issue refunds and I would hear from them by the end of the week. I'm still waiting for the call.
