BUYER BEWARE! Pup & Co Boutique stole hard earned money from me. The bad review next to me is very similar. Please do not purchase anything from this company. I did not receive many items I ordered. At first, Marcella Samson (if that is her real name) responded to some of my countless emails and phone calls with many excuses including the old "family emergency" excuse.
I placed the order on September 30th 2009. It is now May 18th 2010. It has been eight months and I still do not have the items I ordered or a refund. Pup & Co Boutique has not returned any phone calls or emails for months. They have not refunded my money, nor have I received the items that I paid for. This company has scammed me out of money and a lot of time. The criminal activity Pup & Co Boutique, Marcella Samson, Alexis, etc., participate in should be a warning to everyone. Do your research and use the BBB's fantastic information before you buy.
