Today is Wednesday 5/26/2010.
I just received my authenticated Elizabeth Francis Taylor autograph today. I can't enough good things about PSA/DNA. The turnaround was fast. THey claim its between 10-20 business day (a full month). But I got mine back in less than 2 weeks! They ARE honest and follow through what they said they'd do. I got a beautiful COA with the PSA sticker/watermark on the certificate, EXACTLY as specified. Their customer service was VERY helpful and even walked me through the paperwork before I submitted it. During the customer service call, I wasnt kept on HOLD for long period. I think it was a minute or 2.
I HIGHLY recommend PSA DNA for authentication and even got my next autographed EBAY item in the mail to them!
WELL DONE PSA / DNA. VERY VERY happy. :)
