There is nothing professional about this company except in the name. They regularly "lose" items sent to them according to BBB complaints, and the more valuable the item, the more likely it will get "lost." I sent them a batch of tickets and they "lost" the rarest and most valuable one. I had to negotiate with them to obtain a bunch of grading certificates to compensate me but I am still not happy especially after reading on the BBB website that this has happened to other customers as well.
As far as their autograph expertise: they are offered educated guesses. Nothing more, nothing less. They are in business to make money from submissions. If you think they have some scientific way to determine whether an autograph is real, you are delusional. There is no such thing, period. The fact that until recently they accepted submissions for autographs of world leaders including Kim Jong-Il tells you that this company is basically full of bunk.
