Proof PSA Authentication Service Is Charging for service they are NOT performing and not performing accurately.

Over the past years I have been sending cards to PSA and noticed about 10% come back with a size issue or trimming issue or not authentic. I became suspicious when a number of the cards I personally had from my childhood and personally purchased in the 1970's were not graded but I was charged. I had duplicates of some of the cards so was able to compare and noticed no difference in size or evidence of trimming. Since I was the only owner of the card I knew this to not be true. So as an experiment I opened a shrink wrapped box of 86 fleer I had originally purchased back in 1986. I video taped opening every pack. I had 2 Jordan Rookie cards so I sent one in to PSA for grading along with a few other fleer 86 cards and the Jordan came back with a MT 8 grade. I waited about a year later and sent the other one and they are sending it back with a grade of N4 - Fake. I looked up my order status on line and explained to their Customer Support Supervisor Laura Rosenburg that I was the original owner of the card and even told her I opened the box and packaged card. She claimed the card was already sent back to me so could not take a look at it and would not refund the $90. PSA took the $90 I paid them and to add insult to injury they charged me the 2 day turnaround fee. As of almost a month later I don't even have the card yet. This clearly proves to me I got ripped off and the authentication of all the cards I sent to them in the past was a waste of money. This is clear proof that they are NOT accurate in their grading or authentication of cards.
