I have used Professional Property Management to manage my properties for the last 16 years. I found the company to be fair and honest. If they do repairs they provide the vendor information and exactly what work what was done. I have authorized Professional Property Management to use me a reference. I would recommend Professional Property Management to any property owner large or small. During the 80's and early 90's I used another management company that not only profited at my expense to do repairs with their own people but failed to provide receipts for several expensive repairs.
