Do yourself a favor and do not use this firm! They are liars. They did nothing to help us. We found out the only thing that they were good at was securing the $5,500 to help us. Which never happened. Then when our house went into foreclosure. The attorney who told us not to contact the bank and only go through him. Well, he had just told us that the bank approved our modification and that we were good to go. Next thing we knew our house was foreclosed on. When we called back to ask for him. He never responded. Then I called back and acted as if I was a new client with a fake name. He answers then freaked out that I did not tell him who I really was and hung up on me. We are going through the California Attorney General's Office who has filed numerous complaints against this firm. DO NOT USE! Predatory lending ... bull, they are Predatory Lawyers!
