I recently hired them to be my company's corporate travel agency after the phenomenal job they did for me the first year I used them. Last year, with only 1 week notice, they acquired a 4-star hotel (for less than $200 US/night); a round-trip ticket to Tokyo on JAL (Under $700US); AND found an interpreter for me during business days and when going out at night. They repeated this great service by getting two round-trip tickets with 3 days notice for under $1,000US on JAL. If there's anything I like more than service, its continual reliable service.
