Terrible customer service:
I placed an order with this company a few days ago that I cancelled the same day because I found something cheaper. I specifically spoke with a manager in which he told me the order was cancelled. After this, I placed a second order with this same company.
Come today, I check my account and it's negative. The order that I was told was cancelled came out of my checking account. I immediately contacted the company, in which they accepted ZERO responsibility. They kept explaining to me about transaction times, etc. OK, I understand that, but why did your management tell me it was completely cancelled and then 3 or 4 days later the money gets taken out of my account? And if it was cancelled, why is the package still being sent?
The person I spoke to tried telling me that I needed to accept some of the blame! Seriously? Gain some humility. MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED! This situation shouldn't even be happening.
Now, I have 3 (and more on the way) overdraft fees of $39.50 that the company is unwilling to refund, and I have a charge of $247.02 that will not be refunded to me until I receive this package and send it back!
So here I go begging someone for some money to put my account into good standing.
I will NEVER do business with these people again.
